I used Bitbucket a long time ago for some personal projects. When I go to the community help page, I can see those projects, but when I try to log in through Atlassian it says "We couldn't log you in."
The account has been inactive for a while, so maybe it's been disabled? Is there a way to re-enable it, I would like to use bitbucket for another project I'm playing with.

I've just-reactivated your workspace, it was de-activated as it had not been logged into for quite a long time.
You should be able to login now.

Hi Ben, I think I am hitting the same issue. I got an email asking to re-activate the workspace, but I am unable to login to do anything. My URL was: https://bitbucket.org/alexandroid. Could you please help with re-activating it?

I've re-activated your account. In future, please post a seperate thread and avoid sharing your workspace URL as this is a public forum - whenever someone raises a thread we can already see their account details in the backend.
