I'm unable to link my Bitbucket with Jira.
Whenever I add Jira to Bitbucket, it says
The add-on failed to be installed: Error calling installed at URL https://curvapp.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://curvapp.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install
and then nothing happens in Jira. I tried signing out of my bitbucket account and created a Bitbucket Cloud account from Jira. This works very well and after this I'm able to see the DVCS option in the left navigation bar in Jira.
Additionally, I'm now able to see the account that I tried to add initially. But it says
Invalid credentials, please create the connection again
and I'm again unable to link the two. When I click on "Visit Account" I get redirected to my bitbucket account.
I'm out of ideas how I can fix this.
Hi Markus, welcome to the Community :)
Are you using both Bitbucket and Jira on the Cloud platform? It normally works better when you start the integration from the Jira side, can you try that again and let us know?
Also, are you the owner of the Bitbucket account you're trying to connect? If you are the owner and you're still being redirected, try removing the current Bitbucket integration so you can start from scratch.
Let us know how it goes!

I have this same issue, sort of... If I try from the Jira side to link repos in BitBucket it works fine. That being said, I don't have any repos because they are all owned by a team. If I try to create the link as the team, it just gives the "Hmm that didn't seem to work" error. Going from BB to Jira gives a 403.
Any ideas why this might not work for a team account?
