Cannot checkout a remote branch to my local repository

Hi, When I try to check a branch out to my local, I receive the following error :

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false checkout -b ScopusCuritiba/release7/SS43180|43181-acessibilidade_telefones_uteis --track origin/ScopusCuritiba/release7/SS43180|43181-acessibilidade_telefones_uteis
fatal: cannot lock ref 'refs/heads/ScopusCuritiba/release7/SS43180|43181-acessibilidade_telefones_uteis': Unable to create 'C:/Users/tfcardoso/Desktop/NetEmpresa/.git/refs/heads/ScopusCuritiba/release7/SS43180|43181-acessibilidade_telefones_uteis.lock': Invalid argument

When I check it out using Git Bash no errors is displayed.

Someone may clarify, pls?
