Hi,

I cannot add a missing email to my account.

Get the following when attempting to create a branch in Jira:
When performing a ref operation, the author must have an e-mail address.

So, attempting to add an email gives:
You cannot edit this user's display name, password or email address as they are stored in a read-only user directory.

I am an administrator.

Help says to login as an admin.  I'm already an admin.

Hi Jim,

Where are you trying to add the email? Is it to Jira, Bitbucket Server, Bitbucket Cloud?

Are you admin in all of them?

Yes, I'm an admin.  In Jira and Butbucket server.
