Cannot access workspace 'appdetran' - Repository not found (404)

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing my Bitbucket workspace "appdetran" (https://bitbucket.org/appdetran). When I try to access the workspace or any of its repositories, I get a "Repository not found" or "Resource not found" (404) error.

Details:

- Workspace URL: https://bitbucket.org/appdetran

- Repository: https://bitbucket.org/appdetran/appdetran

- Error: "Resource not found" / "Repository not found (404)"

- Error code from support page: 3330558827cc486c9fd17dcaa7e6fab5

I am the owner of this workspace and I need to recover access to the source code stored in the repositories. Could you please help me understand why this workspace is inaccessible and how I can recover the source code?

Hi @lenildolti ,

On top of what Arkadiusz said, the question would be - are we talking about a free workspace that was inactive for some time? If so, there has been an announcement on that topic here: Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know 

Long story short, we're potentially talking about the workspace being deleted due to inactivity, but again, this depends on how old the workspace is/was and which plan it was on. 👀

Thanks for the suggestion!

I checked that page, and I can see several workspaces there, but unfortunately appdetran is not listed among them. It seems that workspace is missing entirely.
