Hi Pankaj! What build tool are you using? Are you on Bitbucket Server or Cloud? If you're using Bamboo, it will show the build status in the Bitbucket UI and I'm not completely sure but I think Jenkins does also.
I'm not familiar with Workzone so I won't be able to tell you about that, in this case it would be the responsibility of the WorkZone plugin to provide that. You can contact them at Workzone support.
