Can't receive email invitation

Hi, Good Afternoon!

I created the organization "REDACTED" and I invited the "REDACTED as organization administrator and others accounts, but none are receiving this e-mail.

Can are you help us, please?

Hi Mark, Good Morning!

Yes, I Sent a new invitation at the moment.

I attached the evidence about the process, in the bottom left corner, you can see the notification of "An email was sent to the user to complete account activation."

But I did not receive this e-mail.

The others example: "Feeling stuck?", "You made a great decision! Welcome to your Atlassian Community." or "3 reasons to integrate Bitbucket & Jira Software" I received without problem, but the invite doesn't.

I did a new test to an account of gmail, but I got the same result.

Welcome to the community.

I checked the team workspace but there was no invitation sent to the email address you mentioned.

Could you invite the email again?

I did the invitation yesterday (31/Out/23) and today (01/Nov/23).
