A colleague has been trying for several days to add me to a BitBucket workspace, but I'm not receiving the invitation e-mail.
I already checked my e-mail notification settings. Product invitations was unchecked, so I checked it and we tried to resend the notification twice, but still not receiving it.
I of course already checked the junk folder and my automatic rules.
Other people in my organisation are receiving the e-mails correctly so I'm also assuming it's not a firewall or blacklist issue.
Could someone check why these e-mails are not arriving?

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the email address is on the suppression list.
