I am unable to log in to my account because I cannot receive the verification email, as the operator has stopped my email and has changed it. Can someone help me update the old email to the new one?

If you are unable to receive the verification email, and cannot log in to your Atlassian account (because you can't access the email account) - there is nothing further we can do, unfortunately. This is a security measure put in place to prevent unauthorised access to accounts. I'd recommend creating a new workspace and pushing any local copies of your repo's up to this new workspace:
