Hi team,
Since the recent AWS outage, our Bitbucket Free plan repositories lost Pull Request functionality.
We can access repos, but can’t create or merge PRs.
Tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, same issue across all users.
Could you please check if this is a residual permission or backend issue?

Hi @Krisztián Kővári

I can confirm that I am able to create PRs and merge on my end on my own repository. The outage that AWS faced around the time that you created this post may have had some lingering effects.

Can you please try again and let me know if you are still getting an error?

NOTE: I've redacted your workspace URL as this is a public forum that anyone can access. Support techs from Atlassian monitor these regularly and can already see this information internally, so there is no need to share this on the post itself.

Cheers!
