In July 2nd, I received this email;

You currently have access to an empty Bitbucket Cloud workspace that will be removed. Please note that this action will not affect your ability to login and access your Bitbucket Cloud profile and collaborate in existing non‑empty workspaces and content hosted in them or one's you join/create in the future. After July 31st 2024, we will begin deleting all empty Bitbucket Cloud workspaces. If you are an admin of the workspace, create a project or repository to prevent this deletion.

)

And now I can't access a workspace I had access to.

Hello @Hassan Mustafa ,

and welcome to the Community!

It sounds like the workspace you are trying to access might have been deleted because it was empty. As stated in the email you received, Bitbucket began deleting empty workspaces after July 31st, 2024. If your workspace was empty and you didn't add any projects or repositories, it have been removed as part of the workspace.

However, it's important to note that only empty workspaces were deleted, so no data/repositories were lost.

This means you can create a new workspace and start adding your projects and repositories.

Thank you, @Hassan Mustafa !
