Can't access my bt bucket account

Hi,

I am not able to access my account.

Actually I have changed the system user, so my SSH keys are changed from what I have pasted on Bit bucket at the time of set up. Plus, I don't have any backup of recovery code/verification code.

My authenticator is asking for a QR scan code, it's not showing me any verification code. But that's not possible as I can't access my account.

If possible can you delete my present account, so that I can start over again. As my work is lacking behind. Please do let me know what I can do best on this case.

Hi Nishank, welcome to the Community!

Are you still unable to access your account? We could delete your account but keep in mind that all the repositories and information contained in it will be lost forever and we won't be able to recover it for you.

Let us know how would you like to proceed!

Hi Ana,

Thanks for the revert. Please go ahead and delete my account. I'll make a new account with same email Id. I dont' have any repo in this account as I started it few days back only. So you can delete my account asap, so that I can make a new one and start over my work asap.
