Hello!
I've stumble accross a problem, where I've installed a free Bibucket App for my organization and created a new organization. Interestingly enough, I can't access this new workspace. Now I've found this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-23018 which kinda describes my problem, but the proposed workaround doesn't work. Navigating to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/ doesn't list my new workspace.
I tried creating an API TOKEN and use rest api to try and add a project/repository/grant the proper permissions to my user, but this didn't work either, since the API TOKEN generated didn't seem to do the trick (simple api token, or even base64 token. Tried various ways).
I'm an org admin and my user has access both as admin and as user on bb.
Cheers,
Alex
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community.
We encountered a brief issue during the workspace creation process, which has now been fully resolved. You should be able to access the workspace without any issues.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your team.
If you need more help, please reply to this post and we'll look into the issue further.
Regards,
Mark C
Thank you @Mark C for your help.
I had also raised a support request, since we upgraded the plan to Premium.
Much appreciated!

I guess someone from Atlassian like @Theodora Boudale should look at this specific case also..

Hi @Mirek
Thanx for your reply. I posted the question since it's a free BB instance, with the hope that someone from Atlassian will see this. And there's a specia tag we add to such thread, but can't recall it.. :/
