Can not Decline PRs after migrating from bitbucket on-premise to bitbucket.org.

We migrated from bitbucket on-premise to bitbucket.org.

There are a number of PRs in bitbucket.org that are old from the migration and we can not Decline them. When we try to Decline them, we receive error 'Unable to decline Something went wrong.

The attached screenshot shows the origin of the code change is listed as Deleted repository.

How do we Decline these PRs or remove them from our list of PRs?

Alternatively - the behaviour you mentioned was related to a bug that has since been resolved/closed, can you try to decline those PR's again? It should work now:

That's strange because if you're logged in to the email you've used to raise this community post in https://id.atlassian.com you should have access.

If you're still unable to decline - do you give us permission to delete those PR ID's which can't be declined from our end?

I am not able to Decline the PRs with the source repo listed as Deleted.  There are a number of PRs with this condition in various repositories.

The PR Ids you listed do not all need to be declined. 

My preference is for me to be able to Decline the affected PRs.  If that can not be fixed, I can provide a list of the PRs in each repo that would need to be removed via your end.

To clarify - do you mean source repo or source branch deleted? If you mean source repo - do you have a number of forked repositories where the PR is linked to a deleted fork?

In any case - we need a formal support ticket to discuss this further, as we do not wish to share sensitive information over a public forum.

If you're still having issues accessing the ticket and don't see an email from bitbucket-support-system@am.atlassian.com

• Can you give me the first name of another workspace administrator so that I may add that person to the existing ticket? If we have the first name, we can browse through your user list and determine their email address from there
