Can anyone advise how to add new users?

We are facing an issue while trying to add a new user to our Bitbucket workspace through Atlassian.

We have followed the standard procedure multiple times over the past week adding the user through the Bitbucket user management section and sending the invitation email.

However, the user has not received any invitation email, despite us attempting the process more than five times.

We also verified that:

• We have the required permissions to add users to Bitbucket.
• The user email address is correct.
• No bounce-back or error message was shown during the invitation process.
• The user has checked spam/junk folders but still did not receive the invite.

Because of this issue, we are unable to add the user and grant him access to the Bitbucket repositories, even though we have proper provisioning available on our end.

I also cannot seem to figure out how to access customer support
