We are facing an issue while trying to add a new user to our Bitbucket workspace through Atlassian.
We have followed the standard procedure multiple times over the past week adding the user through the Bitbucket user management section and sending the invitation email.
However, the user has not received any invitation email, despite us attempting the process more than five times.
We also verified that:
Because of this issue, we are unable to add the user and grant him access to the Bitbucket repositories, even though we have proper provisioning available on our end.
I also cannot seem to figure out how to access customer support

I have checked the affected user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations) - hence why they've not been able to receive these.
