The part of the URL you can change is the workspace ID. You can change this as long as you are a workspace admin. You can do it the following way:

Please keep in mind that workspace IDs need to be unique across our userbase. If you see a message that the ID is not available, you will need to use a different one.
Another thing to take into account is that the repo URLs will change when you change the workspace ID. The documentation I shared has steps on how to adjust the remote URLs of your local repos after such a change. If you have any integrations between your Bitbucket workspace and third-party tools, you will also need to change the URL in these integrations.
