Build minutes not restored

Hi, 

i have used free build minutes in last month cycle. but my build minutes did not restore in the next month as well and still showing 0 remaining build minutes.
in the current cycle i had not used any build. it started today only.

ahh, i found the issue, actually it was my build issue, script was having some process which was waiting for long, so as soon as my new cycle started, it consumed the whole quota again in just two builds.
