Build pipelines seems to be stalling, what usually takes 60sec usually is stalling for unsually long time. (usually 60s max, now around 5-10min each building)

I did move to the latest
atlassian/default-image:5
But that did not chnage speed yesterday.

It looks like yesterday, Ubuntu had a degraded issue that I believe is related to the issue you see, which has since been resolved. You can check the status at their official status page
