I am unable to manage the subscription for one of my Bitbucket accounts. I am currently being billed for an unused Bitbucket 2024 Standard subscription with no repositories. All prior content was removed from this account approximately one year ago and I thought that the ongoing billing was actually related to a different project.
I tried to follow the instructions at https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-your-plan-and-billing/ but I do not have a Workspace Settings option available under the Settings cog.
I would prefer to not delete that account in its entirety if there is some other option available.
Guidance would be greatly appreciated.
