Bitbucket services not starting

Service is not starting with windows. I also tried started it manually but no success.

kindly help as soon as possible.

Hi Kaushik, the information you provided is not enough for us to troubleshoot your issue. Can you let us know:

Which version of Bitbucket Server are you using?
Which Windows version are you using?
Is it a recent installation or is it an upgrade? If is's an upgrade, from which version were you upgrading?
Is there any error in the logs?

Hi Ana, Details below:

1. Which version of Bitbucket Server are you using?

Server Edition 5.2.2

2. Which Windows version are you using?

windows server 2012

3. Is it a recent installation or is it an upgrade? If it's an upgrade, from which version were you upgrading?

In the month of September, I purchased the server edition on monthly basis.

4. Is there any error in the logs?
