Bitbucket server installation issue

I had the evaluation version installed. After expiration, I have removed it and bought a license for self-hosted server.

But when trying to install it again, it is rolling back at the end of installation

Since you previously had Bitbucket installed and you’ve since removed it and are attempting to reinstalled we want to ensure you have fully cleaned up Bitbucket prior to to the attempted reinstall. For this, we would suggest reviewing an article we have which walks you through the complete removal process for Bitbucket. There are many steps within this article so I will reference it here: How to Uninstall Bitbucket Server.

Please run through this article (based on the OS you have) and let us know if you’re still having issues installing a newer version.
