Bitbucket pipelines keep spinning and not buidling.

Hi:

Today I checked some code into a branch in which Bitbucket Pipelines is activated for the project. Instead of running the pipeline yaml script as it normally does, the build keeps spinning, well into 5 minutes.

I tried to build another branch, same behavior. Also, I tried to rerun a previously successful pipeline, still spins.

Is Bitbucket Pipelines healthy today, July 24, 2018, 9:14 PDT?

It's back now. Why is this happening?
