Hello,
I made my Bitbucket account as a university student. Now that I have graduated I will lose access to my institutional email address, so I would like to change the email address associated with my account. However, it says that my account is managed, so I am unable to do this. I have tried contacting my university ICT service about this, but they seem unable to help.
Is there anything I can do to go around this? Or shall I just make a new account and migrate there? Many thanks!
As your account is organisationally managed, us and you have no option to change the email address associated with your account.
If you don't receive a response from the ICT team - then I'd suggest creating a new workspace with a different email address and migrating your repositories across to this new workspace:
