We're looking to access our bitbucket account.
Our previous IT manager managed this, but his email + password are not working anymore.
How can we do a account validation process to regain access to this account.

Welcome to the community!
Based on your description, I believe the only way for you to regain access to the previous Bitbucket account is to have the "previous IT manager" email active(maybe re-creating the email if it doesn't exist anymore).
Then, you can restate your access to the BitBucket workspace, having the email active. Please don't share the email here as this is a public channel.
