Hi @Hambster Lin and welcome to the community!

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was in a dormant state. I reactivated it just now.

Can you please try logging in and let me know if the issue is resolved?

Kind regards,
Theodora

Hello @Hambster Lin and welcome to the Community!

Your account may be inactive / dormant, so you'll need Atlassian Support assistance.  I've submitted a request on your behalf.

Hi @Hambster Lin welcome to Atlassian community.

Your query indicate a few things beyond just an incorrect password.

  • If your account hasn't been accessed for a long time, Atlassian might mark it as inactive or suspended for security reasons or due to terms of service.
  • Too many incorrect password attempts can temporarily lock an account.
  • If your Bitbucket account is part of an organization (e.g., your company's team), an administrator might have suspended or deactivated your user account within their Atlassian organization settings.

Few troubleshoot steps:

  • Double-Check Your Credentials.
  • Try password reset.
  • Check Atlassian's Status Page
  • Contact Your Organization's Admin (if applicable).
