Bitbucket is not accepting my 2FA, but Atlassian recognizes it

I recently formatted my computer, and couldn't remember my Bitbucket recovery code. For authenticator, I have the Authy for desktop, and Bitbucket didn't accept the code either.

I went to https://id.atlassian.com, reseted my password, and registered another authenticator, Google Authenticator. This way, I could log in at my atlassian configurations and account.

But when I go to bitbucket, to access my repositories, it is not recognizing the new two step verification that I set in id.atlassian, with Google Authenticator. Also, when registering the new  two step verification in id.atlassian, it gaves me a recovery code, but Bitbucket is not recognizing it too.

Could you guys help me with this issue?

Hi Luiza,

Bitbucket uses a separate 2FA authentication, in addition to that one from id.atlassian.com.

As seems like you can not access your account with the application you have at the moment, I've submitted a Support ticket for you so one of my colleagues can help you gain access again. You'll receive an email notification soon.
