Every day in the morning I have to reboot the Linux VM (Red Hat) to start Bitbucket. It is a fresh install. I am new to Linux and I am thinking if I made a mistake in doing install directory or home directory? if so, how can I check the home directory.

Hi @Daljeet Singh,

I agree with @Mirek here (thank you!).

Let's make sure that the server matches the minimum requirements of 2 CPUs and at least 3GB of free memory for Bitbucket Server to run.

If there are other applications or maybe databases on the same server, these values have to be increased accordingly.

It is also interesting that the whole server has to be restarted. Is the command line available? Let's understand if the problem is with Bitbucket Server or the Linux VM itself.

Cheers,

Not too much information.. Please check logs for any ERRORs. I suppose that you would need to check machine and application resources. Mostly adding more memory fix the problem.
