Bitbucket billing contact

I created the Bitbucket cloud account on behalf of the company I work for.  It's paid for by a company credit card. 

Would just prefer if the monthly invoices (and other billing correspondence) could be emailed to our Accounts department instead of me?

Is it possible to change the billing contact / billing email address to someone not included in the list of users?

Hi @Vy Do ,

Yes, this is possible.

You can do the following:

1. Log in to https://my.atlassian.com/ with the email that is now billing contact
2. You will then see a list with all licenses associated with this email.
   Select the license for the Bitbucket Cloud workspace you want to change the contact for, when you do its details will be expanded.
3. In there, you will see a field Billing Contacts and also the option to add another email.

After you add another email as a billing contact, then you'll need to ask the owner of this other email to

1. Log in to https://my.atlassian.com/
2. Find the license and select it to expand its details
3. Then select the link Make Primary next to their email, so that their email becomes the Primary billing contact.

Edit: Just to clarify, it's ok if the new billing contact is not one of the Bitbucket workspace users.
