Hello,
I recently linked my Bitbucket workspace to my Atlassian organization using the steps in Atlassian Administration. I received the success message "Workspace linked" and was prompted to refresh the table after a minute to see the newly linked workspace. However, even after several hours and multiple refreshes, the workspace does not appear in the Apps table.
I am both a Bitbucket workspace admin and an Atlassian organization admin.
The linking process completed without any errors.
The workspace is not visible in the Apps list, despite the success message.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have suggestions on what might be causing the delay? Is there anything else I should check or try to resolve this?
I already tried multiple times to do the link again.

After hours of multiple retries it suddenly appeared as linked.
So my sad hint for anyone having that issue: Wait for some hours.
Sometimes things start to work when you create a post on Community :) ..

If the workspace is linked but not visible, it is usually due to access or sync issues.
Please check:
• You have permission to access the workspace (member/admin)
• You are logged into the correct Atlassian account
• Try logging out and back in
• Clear browser cache or use an incognito window
• Confirm the workspace is not restricted or suspended
If it still doesn’t appear, ask a workspace admin to verify your access

as mentioned I was able to select the workspace to link it and it was confirmed as successfully linked and also private browsing and so on did not lead to display the workspace as linked app.
