I think our account expired and we dont have any billing admin on record now. No way to reach support hence seeking help from community.
How to get a new billing admin added on it?

May I know what you are trying to achieve here - did your paid Bitbucket Cloud workspace become downgraded to Free and you need to upgrade the plan again?
