Bitbucket Repository Access Issue — Invite Not Working

I'm having trouble accessing a Bitbucket repository even after multiple invite attempts.

  • Issue: The workspace admin has sent me an invite 3+ times to the above email, but I never received it — not in inbox, not in spam. When I log into Bitbucket, no repositories are showing under my account.

Especially "Product Invitations"

Hey @anshu,

As @Arkadiusz Wroblewski mentioned, please follow the steps below to ensure that your Product Invitations email preferences are ticked:

  1. Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email 
  2. Click on 'email preferences center'
  3. Scroll down, click the tick box for Product Invitations
  4. Ask the Bitbucket workspace administrator to cancel all existing invitations and re-send the invite to your email
