Myself and another member of our team lost access to our Bitbucket workspace - we get the following screenshot when attempting to access. Two items of note: we have not knowingly changed a user access/role/permission for any Atlassian user in our organization. 2) This does not appear to be impacting all of our organization's users, just select users.
I can see that there is a user that is already an admin on that workspace with a very similar email address to the one you've used to raise this ticket (hint: it has your first name in it and uses the same domain).
I'd suggest attempting to login using any other known email addresses from that organisation to regain access - I will not share it here as this is a public forum.
If you still cannot gain access - please have another member of your organisation raise a formal support ticket with our team, as I can see that the workspace is paid:
