Bitbucket I'm not able to access to the admin

I'm not able to access to the admin in Bitbucket and I need to renew my licenses.

I feel the admin user has left the organisation and we are not able to access like an admin

Hi Manuel,

If you are using Bitbucket server, I would recommend following this guide in order to recover admin access to this application: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/lockout-recovery-process-776640158.html

However if you are using Bitbucket Cloud, you won't be able to follow that specific guide.  Instead I would recommend using the Contact support form at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and then select the option for "Billing, payments and pricing" if you are both locked out of admin and trying to renew.   This will create a ticket with our customer advocates team who can work with you in regards to renewing the product.
