Bitbucket: Howto enable "Download" tab?

I just noticed that bitbucket-cloud has a download tab in the navigation section.

How can I enable such a page for my bitbucket-server instance?

I cannot find any settings for this, so I wondered if this is a cloud-only feature. Am I missing somthing?

I don' that the functionality is available on Server instances. There used to be a working app for Server:

Thanks! That's what I thought. :-(
I was hoping to use this feature to distribute pre-built binaries. I will have to look for a different solution then.
