I am using Bitbucket 8.19 and Jira Software. I want to setup application link for Bitbucket DC that is running under network which requires forward/outbound proxy in order to access the internet including Jira Cloud. (i.e., all web request must route through the proxy).

I have tried to setup bitbucket DC and application link based on documentations. So far I can only setup connection from Bitbucket to Jira, but Jira is not able to reach the Bitbucket due to my outbound proxy. Any idea on how to link them up in both way ?

Jira App Link is having error

hello @limboonchia

You have to set up an application tunnel between Jira Cloud and Bitbucket DC.  The following docs may help.

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-are-application-tunnels/

Note that when you set up the application tunnel, you have to set up the outbound proxy as user environment variables, as outlined by this article.
