Hi,
Our Bitbucket workspace lmfinance is locked in read-only mode with error “user limit exceeded (HTTP 402)”.
We are on the Free plan (limit 5 users) and User Management shows:
Total users: 2
Active users: 2
This looks like a billing desync issue.
I have checked and can see your Bitbucket user group in Atlassian admin only has a single user in it, this is also reflected in the workspace itself.
Can you please let me know if you're still encountering the issue - or if this is since resolved?
