When you're looking at webhook logs, is there anything specific that could help you troubleshoot this?

Navigate to Repository settings > Webhooks > View requests.

Enable history if it isn't already active to record new logs.

Click View details on a failed request to see the exact Request Body Bitbucket sent and the Response Body your Jenkins server returned
You could also check if Jenkins is reachable from Bitbucket cloud IP ranges 👀
Apart from that, when you're looking at Jenkins logs, is there any additional info there?
