Bitbucket Cloud Migration - What is not migrated

While going thru the Bitbucket cloud migration pre check list and i came acress the below points in what is not migrated using the BCMA. 

Can anyone help me to understand the below point..

Issue tracker and wikis

• Wiki and Issue Tracker features are not supported in workspaces administered through admin.atlassian.com. These features will be disabled if you are migrating to a workspace administered through admin.atlassian.com. If you have already migrated the repository, you can still go back to that repository in your Server or Data Center instance to regain access to the wiki and issues. Wikis can be exported via cloning since they are stored as a separate repository. Issues can be exported as a zip file or migrated to Jira.

This note means that Bitbucket cloud built‑in Issue Tracker and Wiki are not supported in workspaces that are managed through admin.atlassian.com.

So, when you migrate to such a workspace using BCMA:

• The Issue Tracker and Wiki features will be disabled on the migrated repositories.
• BCMA does not migrate wiki pages or issue data.

You can still access this data from the original instance and, if needed:

• Wikis: export by cloning the wiki repository
  (https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/clone-a-wiki/)
• Issues: export as a ZIP file or migrate them to Jira
  (https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/export-or-import-issue-data/)
