Bitbucket Cloud appears to be down as of 10:54AM CDT Both the Web UI and fetching source code via git is failing, but the status page still shows everything is operational.
Anyone else having issues?

We’ve recently had an incident in Bitbucket Cloud that caused Bitbucket Cloud performance to be degraded, which affected most of our services, including Git, Website, and API connections.

yes. we are seeing 503 errors and not able to access https://bitbucket.org/. There is another thread seems to be related as well: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Bitbucket-questions/BitBucket-seems-to-be-having-all-kinds-of-problems-right-now/qaq-p/3144825#U3144838
