Bitbucket Account Deactivated – No Reactivation Email Received

Hi Atlassian team, My Bitbucket account appears to be deactivated. I’ve tried logging in via incognito mode and resetting my password, but I still get the message: “Your account has been deactivated.” I haven’t received any email with reactivation instructions. Could someone please help reactivate my account? Thanks in advance!

I have checked your account and can see that the organisational admin for your domain has de-activated your account. As it's a managed account, Atlassian is unable to assist you any further as we do not have authority over managed accounts.

You will need to reach out to this organisational admin to discuss this further. If you're unsure of who this is - please reach out to a colleague to progress this further.
