BitBucket account recovery request not working

Hello, 

I need to regain access to my BitBucket account. I already attempted the 24 hour waiting period process but wasn't aware that the resulting link would *also* have a 24 hour expiration, so I initiated the process on a Friday and expected to pick it up on a Monday but by then it had already expired.

The account posting this is my Atlassian account, I need BitBucket access for this account.

Welcome to the community.

It looks like we've sent out the 2SV reset email, please check your mailbox asap and open the link to reset them.
