Atlassian Security advisory for Bamboo, They say:
We are writing to inform  you of a critical security vulnerability that exists in Bamboo starting with 6.0,0 before 6.0.5(the fixed version for 6.0.x) and from 6.1.

Customers who have ugpraded Bamboo to version 6.2.1 or version 6.1.4 or version 6.0.5 are not affected.
How do you fix it?
