We have a user who has left the company, and his email that is connected to his bitbucket account is no longer active. We need to access his repositories and transfer them however we can get into his account as his email address no longer exists. Please help!
Hi Brooke,
You'll need to re-activate his email address so you can access the account and transfer the repos to someone else. Additionally, if other users had access to their repositories, they could clone them which means you'll have an exact copy of it.
