As cascading merges are not natively supported in Bitbucket Cloud, is there a recommended workaround

My org uses a multi-branching strategy that could benefit greatly from cascading merges. As cascading merges are not natively supported in Bitbucket Cloud, is there a recommended workaround that anyone can recommend?

Flowie, our Bitbucket addon, now has built-in support for branch cascade/auto branch merging, along with labels, draft, pull request size and more!

Hi Rory and welcome to the community.

We have customers that are using Bitbucket Pipelines or another CI/CD tool in order to either create PRs via API or merge branches, depending on the requirements.

Some of them have posted in the open feature request, e.g.:

You can take a look if you want to implement a similar solution.
