Artifact repository

Dmitri Zamysloff July 8, 2020

Dear all,

how do you solve this missing functionality problem in your projects?

I have several git repositories with different projects, but normally I need npm and maven repositories for private artifacts to share across repositories/sub-projects.

In comparison to github or gitlab bitbucket provides no artifact repositories. Only download. I have not found any roadmap which would say if bitbucket will be enhanced with this feature.

In any case, how you solve normally such a problem? Do you use then other services? Can you recommend any?

If I think a bit I just trying to understand why should not I change the environment and go in direction of GitHub or GitLab:

GitHub 21$/user - you have git, artifact repos (maven, npm), build pipelines, issues, boards, wiki.
GitLabs 19$/user - you have even much more.
We paying: 5$ confluence, $7 jira, $6 bitbucket = 18$/user

Please let me know if we get artifact repository feature soon.
