We are facing issues for our Credit card payment on Atlassian account as it does not work due to some of RBI rules and We had tried more than 8 different banks, different Credit cards.
Guys,
Plz have some solution. Or just send payment links to Indian Customers automatically at month end, if you cant resolve it. I need to message the Atlassian team every month. You guys can be much better then this. Thanks.
Hi @akaaaaj,
I'm afraid that this is not something we can resolve in community. Please reach out via the ticket you have created to request an ETA on resolution and explore options.
Kind regards,
Theodora

This is an issue on Atlassian's side. I have raised many tickets and founder's office escalations for this.
Basically, Atlassian hasn't complied with RBI norms for automated Credit card billing payments and thats why the card companies/banks are rejecting payments.
Atlassian is aware of the issue and it has been ongoing for almost a year now.
We had our bitbucket account locked out once leading to massive issues with scheduled releases. I had to move that code to Gitlab.
I wonder why a company as big as atlassian is still not resolving this.

We’re facing the same issue. We tried using different credit cards, but the payment failed each time, making it difficult for us to complete the transaction.
We also contacted the bank to add you (Atlassian) as a biller, but they don't support by default.
Also, other merchants (Eg: Google) even though not directly supported by the bank, still have auto-debit functionality working.
We are willing to make manual payments, but it’s difficult to request a payment link from Atlassian every time.
Could you please let us know how we can get the manual payment link without reaching the support team each time? Alternatively, please suggest any other possible solution.

Please raise billing inquiries directly with our billing team. They should be able to help you out.

Hi Dinesh and welcome to the community!
I see that you created a support ticket with our billing and licensing team and they provided you with a link to make a payment.
We recommend reaching out to the bank that provided you the credit card you have added to Bitbucket and asking them to authorize the recurring payment transactions from Atlassian, so that you don't run into the same issue again.
Kind regards,
Theodora
