You can export a list of your users against a workspace in the UI by navigating to Workspace Settings > User Directory > Export button (only a workspace admin can perform this).

If you need a list of your repositories, you can leverage our /2.0/repositories API - you will need to first configure an App Password to use for authentication purposes and then execute a cURL command in the format below:

curl -X GET --user <username>:<AppPassword> --url https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/<workspaceID>

NOTE: you will need to replace username, AppPassword, workspaceID with actual valuers (without the <> symbols)
