We were recently upgraded to an academic account. According to the plan on our workspaces we are indeed on an academic plan.
Currently all our repositories are shown as locked and I can't figure out why. Initially I thought it might be some sort of permissions issue but any documentation I looked at doesn't align with the current website or doesn't work as expected.
Prior to the upgrade to academic plan, I had received warnings that our allocated space had been fully utilised. Is it possible that the upgrade to the academic plan didn't "release" more space?
The BitBucket product has become so complicated it is now difficult to use or understand and it seem pretty much impossible to submit a support email to Atlassian.
Hey @usq_IAgE
Welcome to the community!
Could you please clarify what you mean by the repository being 'locked'? For example, are you unable to access it, experiencing issues cloning, or seeing a specific error message?
Providing additional context will help me better understand the situation and assist you more effectively.
Regards,
syahrul
Hi @usq_IAgE
This lock icon means that your repository is Private and not publicly available. It's only accessible to those you granted permission to view.
I hope this clarifies.
