Add Password Issue

I have an SSO account, and according to this link:

https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/kb/how-to-set-a-password-for-the-bitbucket-account-created-via-sso/

I should be able to add a password using the second link:

https://bitbucket.org/account/password/reset/

But that one is down.

Can someone help me?

I think that password-reset flow is tied to your Atlassian account, not just Bitbucket.
Even though the Bitbucket support article says to go to bitbucket.org/account/password/reset/, Atlassian actually redirects password resets through the Atlassian ID system (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/)

When you go to https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/ you notice a message there:

Update your avatar, name, email address, and password or delete your account through your Atlassian account
