Activate academic licence for workspace

The workspace 

https://bitbucket.org/merlin-neutronstars/

is associated to an academic account, with an academic licence, but the 5 user limit is enforced on this workspace. Is it possible to remove this limit in line with the standard policy for academic workspaces?
